Klamath Falls real estate is a great investment. People from all over the country move here for retirement or job relocations and love the move they made. Selecting a new area to live can be difficult, and I appreciate how hard the choices are. So I never pressure anyone who wants to get a good look at what our market has to offer. You may not make a relocation decision for a year or more and that's absolutely fine with me. I make myself and my professional resources available to you on an ongoing basis until Buyers make their choices of area or homes.

I closed over 200 real estate transactions in 2004, including 118 as the Listing Agent, so you can feel confident that I have a great deal of experience representing Sellers. I do not limit my representation to any particular segment of the market, as do many Realtors. Many of my clients may live in upper-end homes, but they invest in the lower end of the market, so I have had great success in selling properties at all price points.

The first step in selling a home is pricing it to sell, and that's where the Seller's confidence in me is critically important. A Seller should be able to get the best market price possible.
I will advise you about any preparation the home may need prior to listing and help you with "staging" the property so it shows at its best.
Once the price is determined, my marketing plan goes into full gear. The home will be immediately: submitted to the Multiple Listing Service & available to all area Realtors for showing; advertised by signage and flyers about the property; uploaded to my websites; advertised in the local newspaper Herald & News in our full page Coldwell Banker ads and my featured property ads; advertised in the Klamath Homes, Ranch & Business booklet every month until sold; viewable at an Open House at the Seller's discretion; toured and promoted to our Coldwell Banker office of agents and to the Klamath County Multiple Listing Service weekly meeting & tour; and SHOWN by me to all buyers I have in that price range and to all buyers who respond to the advertising and want to see it.
I MARKET MY LISTINGS! That is the key to selling real estate, so after a property is listed, I go to work for the Seller with energy, enthusiasm and my best resources. Making other Realtors and Buyers aware of the new listing immediately is the most important aspect of marketing any new listing. Throughout this process, I will be providing you with feedback and comments from Buyers and other Realtors who have toured your property.
